When starting Ormus it is recommended to start with 2 to 3 drops, twice a day. Watch how your body reacts to it. if this is too heavy, which is not the case with everyone, you go back to 1 drop per day. Slowly you build this up after a few days, follow your own feelings carefully. Eventually you can build up to 1.5 to 2 teaspoons per day. If one teaspoon per day feels enough, then stay at that dosage. You can take an average of 2 teaspoons per day, this is standard for when you have built up. Ormus is not recommended for people who are sensitive to psychosis.
